Pahang Honour List 2013

In conjunction with the birthday of Sultan of Pahang,  180 were expected to receive various awards and medals from Sultan.

Leading the list was the Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Minister Datuk Hasan Malek who had received his awards and medals yesterday. The ceremony was performed by the Tengku Mahkota of Pahang, Tengku Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah.

A. SSAP - the Sri Sultan Ahmad Shah (SSAP) award which carries the title "Datuk Seri".
Thirteen (13) individuals were awarded including who received the Sri Sultan Ahmad Shah (SSAP) award which carries the title "Datuk Seri". The recipients include Datuk Hasan Malek. The other recipients of the award were Federal Court Judge Datin Paduka Zaleha Zahari, Bukit Aman Police Headquarters Commercial Crime Investigation Department director Datuk Syed Ismail Syed Azizan, Federal Territories Ministry secretary-general Datuk Adnan Md Ikhsan, Immigration Department director-general Datuk Alias Ahmad, Yayasan Felda managing director and chief executive Datuk Dr Emel Faizal Mohd Mokhtar, Kumpulan Globaltec Formation Bhd executive chairman Datuk Dr Goh Tian Chuan.

The other include Datuk Ayubkhan Gulamkhan, Oriental Group of Restaurants chairman Datuk Siew Mun Chuang; Bermaz Motor Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Datuk Yeoh Choon San, Kumpulan Maju Holdings Sdn Bhd deputy executive chairman Mohd Fauzi Yon, Stanta Mauser (M) Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Tan Cheng Chai and Tamil Nesan managing director Vell Paari Samy Vellu.

B. DSAP - the Darjah Sultan Ahmad Shah Pahang
Eleven people received the DSAP and 114, the Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang (DIMP), both of which carry the title "Datuk"; 10 received the Setia Ahmad Shah Pahang (SAP); 10, the Setia Mahkota Pahang (SMP); 11, the Ahli Ahmad Shah Pahang (AAP) and 11, the Ahli Mahkota Pahang (AMP).

The other Recipients of the DSAP included Dewan Rakyat Deputy Speaker Datuk Ismail Mohamed Said, Paya Besar MP Datuk Abdul Manan Ismail.

Pahang Honours 2015

As reported in a local newspaper on 25 Oct 2015, the Sultan of Pahang was giving awards and medals in conjunction to his 85th birthday. A total of 1,033 recipients were receiving the awards and medals.

As the number of recipients was rather large, the award ceremonies were staggered to a number of occasions.    The first investiture session was conducted at Istana Abu Bakar in Pekan Pahang on 25 Oct 2015.

Leading the recipients of the medals was Tengku Panglima Perang of Pahang Tengku Abdul Aziz Sultan Abu Bakar. Here are the various awards.

A. SSAP the Darjah Sri Sultan Ahmad Shah Pahang (SSAP) carrying the title of Datuk Seri.
a. Tengku Abdul Aziz was among the 28 recipients. The other recipients the Pahang royal family members Tengku Faridah Sultan Abu Bakar; Tengku Datuk Nor Aizah Sultan Abu Bakar; Tengku Datuk Zabedah Sultan Abu Bakar.

b. The others were Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Jamil Khir Baharom; Melaka Chief Minister Datuk Seri Idris Haron; Court of Appeal president Tan Sri Md Raus Sharif; Attorney-General's Chambers prosecution division head Datuk Tun Abdul Majid Hamzah; Pahang state assembly deputy speaker Datuk Mohamed Jaafar.  Malaysian Administrative Modernisation and Management Planning Unit (MAMPU) director-general Datuk Seri Zainal Rahim Seman;  Irrigation and Drainage and Department director-general Zainor Ibrahim; Natural Resources and Environment Ministry secretary-general Datuk Azizan Ahmad and Tabung Haji chief executive officer Tan Sri Ismee Ismail.

Other recipients of the SSAP were Royal Malaysian Air Force Air Support commander Lieutenant-General Datuk Sabri Adam; Penang police chief Datuk Abd Rahim Hanafi; Widad Group managing director Datuk Muhammad Ikmal Opat Abdullah and Public Service Commission member Datuk Abdul Shukor Ibrahim.

B. SIMP  the Darjah Kebesaran Mahkota Pahang Yang Amat Mulia Sri Indera Mahkota Pahang (SIMP), which carries the title 'Datuk'.

They were They are Malaysian Armed Forces Wives' Welfare Association (BAKAT) Supreme Council chairman for the air wing (Udara) Puan Sri Khairani Mohd Zain; Pahang state development officer Datuk Mohamad Roslan Harun and National Water Services Commission (SPAN) chief executive officer Mohd Ridhuan Ramli.

C. DSAP - For the Darjah Kebesaran Sultan Ahmad Shah which also carries the title 'Datuk',

The  30 recipients including the Orang Besar Berlapan Tengku Datuk Ibrahim @ Alam Shah Tengku Abdul Ghani; MFDM Holdings Sdn Bhd director Datin Seri Zurina Dadameah Zulkiflee Dadameah; Veterinary Services Department acting director-general Dr Kamarudin Md Isa.

Other recipients included International Trade and Industry Ministry Deputy Secretary General (Trade) Hiswani Harun; Pahang State Economic Planning Unit director Datuk Suhaimi Mohd Yunus; Pahang Land and Mines Department director (Development) Datuk Nazri Abu Bakar. Pahang Agriculture Development Authority general manager Datuk Wan Bakri Wan Ismail; Pahang Health Department director Dr Zainal Ariffin Omar; Pahang Irrigation and Drainage Department director Shaharuddin Ibrahim and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) vice-chancellor Prof Dr Mohd Ismail Abdul Aziz.

D. DIMP -  the Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang which carries the tittle 'Datuk'

A total of 148 people were conferred including Pahang Foundation general manager Mahmud Mohd Nawawi; Malaysia's ambassador to Morocco, Jamal Hassan; the Malaysia's ambassador to the Republic of Croatia, Saiful Azam Matinus Abdullah.

Also awarded the DIMP were Bera district officer Razihan Adzharuddin; International Trade and Industry Ministry Bumiputera Entrepreneurs Division director Mohammad Radhi Abdul Razak; Tabung Haji senior general manager (Operations) Adi Azuan Abdul Ghani; Pahang Tabung Haji director Mohammad Mokhzani Mukhtar. Bukit Aman Narcotics Crime Investigation Department deputy director III SAC Mohd Nadzri Zainal Abidin; Bukit Aman Special Branch deputy director SAC Yusoff Mohd Amin; senior private secretary to Minister in the Prime Minister's Department, Col Ab Jabar Mohamad Aris and Telekom Malaysia Berhad executive vice president Rafaal Samsi.

E. OTHERS
Twenty-nine people were awarded the Darjah Setia Ahmad Shah Pahang (SAP); the Darjah Setia Mahkota Pahang (SMP)(65 recipients); the Darjah Ahli Ahmad Shah Pahang (AAP) (77 recipients); and 158 were bestowed the Ahli Mahkota Pahang (AMP) award.

A total of 159 people received the Pingat Khidmat Cemerlang (PKC); the Pingat Kelakuan Terpuji (PKT) (137 recipients); and the Pingat Jasa Kebaktian (PJK) (199 recipients).
